About the Program

What is the Jay Shetty Certification School?

The Jay Shetty Certification School (JSCS) is a globally accredited training provider that helps people become confident, purpose-driven professional coaches. Through a 6-month program with 108+ hours of training, you’ll master Jay’s proven coaching frameworks, complete supervised practice hours, and graduate with a qualification recognised worldwide.

About the Program

Who is Jay Shetty and what is his role in the school?

Jay Shetty is the co-founder and head coach. Your learning is built around three components plus a final assessment. The first component is a series of video modules taught directly by Jay Shetty, where he walks you through his signature ABC Framework for Transformation and demonstrates how it’s applied in real coaching sessions. You’ll also have the opportunity to join a live group Q&A every single month with Jay during your program. The remaining components of self-study, live coaching practice, and integration are supported by our world-class mentors. They are highly trained professional coaches who guide you from start to finish as you prepare for your final assessment.

About the Program

What makes JSCS different from other coaching certifications?

JSCS combines three essential pillars rarely offered together:

Accredited education — approved by the Association for Coaching (AC) and OTHM.Mentorship and community — hands-on guidance from trained mentors Business mastery — training to help you attract clients, price your services, and grow sustainably.

We are a professional school built for transformation.

About the Program

Is the program accredited or recognized internationally?

Yes. JSCS holds accreditation from the Association for Coaching (AC) and approval from OTHM (UK) as a Level 7 Diploma centre. Both bodies maintain international recognition, meaning your certification meets globally respected academic and professional standards.

About the Program

How is the Association for Coaching accreditation different from ICF?

The AC and ICF are both respected global organisations. ICF focuses on logged coaching hours and credential tiers, while AC emphasises reflective practice, ethics, and holistic coach development. JSCS chose AC accreditation for its alignment with our human-centred approach to transformation.

About the Program

What does the OTHM Diploma mean?

The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Coaching and Leadership Development is a UK postgraduate-level qualification. Level 7 is the same level as a master’s degree in terms of academic depth and rigour. Completing this diploma confirms that JSCS graduates have completed postgraduate-level academic work and advanced professional training in coaching and leadership development. The qualification is internationally recognised and can support progression into master’s “top-up” programmes or further postgraduate study at many universities, as well as enhance credibility with employers in coaching, leadership, and people-development fields.
