Dr. Ritu Gupta is a paediatrician with over 28years of clinical experience, an adolescent health practitioner, and aninternationally accredited coach. Over the years, her work has evolved fromtreating children’s physical health to deeply understanding the emotionalworlds of children, adolescents, parents, and families.
She is an AC-accredited coach, a certifiedLife & Success Coach from the Jay Shetty Coaching School, certifiedparenting coach. She works as a paediatrician, adolescent health professional,and a Parent, Youth, and Family Coach. She is also an NLP Master Practitionerand holds a Diploma in Inner Child Healing, integrating neuroscience, emotionalregulation, and trauma-informed practices into her work.
Dr. Ritu is a Trainer of Trainers and arecognised trainer for adolescent parenting with the Indian Academy ofPediatrics (IAP). She has authored chapters on parenting and adolescent healthin IAP publications and has trained paediatricians and parents across India inconscious, relationship-based parenting approaches.
What sets her work apart is the rareintegration of medical science, psychology, coaching, and lived experience. Sheauthored a book, *‘Raised by My Children’* which is born not only from herprofessional expertise, but from her own deeply personal journey as amother—one that led her to break generational patterns, reclaim herself, andrebuild connection with her children.
Through her writing, workshops, and coaching,Dr. Ritu continues to support parents in moving from fear to trust, fromcontrol to connection, and from unconscious patterns to conscious &compassionate parenting.
