Self-development cannot be achieved unless we have self-acceptance which requires self-awareness. And spirituality is all about how we can accept ourselves completely, so we can live a successful, content and a purposeful life.

My personal journey of self-development and spirituality helped me to accept and love myself in spite of my flaws and grow from there. This helped me grow and form deeper connections in my life and strengthen my relationship with my kids through their turbulent teenage years and attachment issues as we adopted one of my daughters. Every time, I had a conflict or a challenge, I realized that the situation was less about the other person and instead an opportunity for me to grow. This approach helped me embrace life with confidence and strength. I am intrigued by how spirituality can be applied to enrich any aspect of our lives including adoption and parenting.

My clients get the clarity and empowerment to grow and live more confident and purposeful lives. I help them to improve their relationships by working on their most fundamental one – their relationship with themselves. My sessions are focused on their individual values and strengths and dig deeper into their limiting beliefs to eliminate the obstacles that block their growth in all areas of their life. My clients found the summaries of the sessions I send after each session very beneficial to be on track between the sessions. They shared with me that they felt confident and inspired to handle their challenges and grow in spite of their external circumstances.
