For over a decade, I worked in the corporate world leading global healthcare brands across 17+ European markets. I understand performance pressure, high-stakes decision-making, and the silent cost of chronic stress — because I lived it.
Today, I work at the intersection of science, leadership, and nervous system regulation.
I am a certified Stress Management Coach (Jay Shetty Certification School), a licensed Health Prevention Specialist in Poland, and a certified yoga and meditation teacher (200h Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Meditation & Self-Enquiry training in India and Bali). My work integrates evidence-based stress physiology, breathwork, mindfulness, and practical resilience strategies that can be applied in real life. Not only in retreat settings.
