I specialise in supporting children and teenagers—both with and without SEN—through virtual therapy-led coaching and in-person sessions using our clinically backed, NASA-inspired technology in our bespoke therapy room, and have successfully delivered results that have sustained over time.

My adult client base includes coaches, entrepreneurs, and high-level medical professionals who enjoy the combination of therapy and coaching that I provide.  

Alongside 1:1 work, I deliver workshops for schools and organisations, including tailored support for adopted and fostered young people.

Approach

As a qualified therapist, I offer a therapy-led coaching approach that works at both a conscious and subconscious level—helping clients create meaningful, lasting change rather than short-term fixes.

My work supports clients in using techniques that engage both mind and body, as well as offering a spiritual perspective on how they should see their life unfolding before them, including treating obstacles like ice cream (famous words of a Tibetan Buddhist teacher!).

Where appropriate, clients receive personalised hypnotherapy audio to reinforce progress between sessions and accelerate results.

I also offer access to a specialist therapy room featuring advanced, evidence-based NASA-inspired technology designed to support long-term outcomes as part of a tailored programme.
