I'm a mindset coach working exclusively with people in the creative industries. My background spans two decades inside this world as a studio owner, employer and agent across New Zealand and the UK. When a client brings me a challenge, I don't need it explained.

I work with people who sense there's more. More clarity, more confidence, more alignment between who they are and how they're living and working. Coaching isn't only for moments of crisis. It's for anyone ready to shift their thinking and create meaningful change, whether they're navigating a transition, leading through complexity or simply ready to build on what they've already created.

My coaching style is warm, deeply empathetic and built on a foundation of safety created through genuine non-judgement, deep listening and complete confidentiality. Alongside that warmth sits an honest, steady challenge.

Trained at the Jay Shetty Certification School, I work with individuals at all stages - online and in person, in New Zealand and globally.
