Khoa "Kha" Nguyen

Being a life coach, guiding others to grow on their personal journeys has been one of the most fulfilling and rewarding parts of my life.

My own journey reflects the transformations I now guide others through. Growing up in post-war Vietnam with a father who was a POW, I had no mentors and limited education. I came to America without English, earned my way to UCLA, and built a 20-year career in Silicon Valley semiconductors.  Then I pivoted and redirecting my expertise toward something more mission-driven—developing novel cancer radiation therapies in biomedical technology. That choice reshaped everything I believed about career, purpose, and possibility.

My mission is simple: help you find clarity in the confusion, courage beyond the self-doubt, and a path that feels authentically yours. Guiding these transformations is what lights me up.
