Katy Lindell is a seasoned leadership coach with more than three decades of experience leading high-performing teams at globally recognized brands, including Gap Inc., Starbucks, and Apple Inc.. Over the course of her career, she has led large, complex organizations—consistently delivering results while developing people at every level.

Today, Katy works with leaders and individuals navigating pivotal moments—career transitions, identity shifts, and the quiet but undeniable pull toward something more. These crossroads can feel uncertain. Katy brings clarity, perspective, and steady momentum to the process, helping clients move forward with intention rather than hesitation.

Her work is grounded in a simple belief: real growth begins with self-trust. Through her coaching, clients build the confidence to make aligned decisions, lead authentically, and step fully into who they are becoming.

Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Arizona and a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Whittier Law School. She is a certified coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School.
