Wild & wise, grounded & energized, intuitive & intellectual. Come step into our world.
What we mean when we say ‘radiant…'
We like to focus on the felt sense of radiance that is innate within each person, moving away from the mistaken interpretation that radiance is solely about your appearance or something external. With this in mind, we choose to embrace radiance as a representation of vitality. Which is why we say: Radiance is an inside job
From an early age, she could sense and name emotional dynamics with striking clarity - instinctively understanding how differently things could feel from one room, or one household, to the next. This early necessity became a lifelong gift.
Jules grew up in a family that was equal parts loving and chaotic. As a child, she straddled two profoundly different emotional worlds: a mother who was undiagnosed bipolar and unpredictable, and a father who was steady, generous, and grounding. She developed emotional intelligence not just as a survival skill but eventually as a compass for her life’s work. Navigating the tension between chaos and calm, shadow and light, masculine and feminine was born out of necessity and became her calling. Through her own journey of healing, she came to see how the internal balance of all these energies could be reclaimed, integrated, and harmonized. Her work today is infused with that deep lived experience and a desire to support others in doing the same for themselves.
After a decade-long career in brand and marketing at mission-driven consumer companies like Hims & Hers, Grove Collaborative, ThirdLove, and One Kings Lane, Jules experienced a pivotal shift. She had climbed the corporate ladder and learned to lead with creativity and heart, but her soul was calling her elsewhere. She left it all behind to follow a deeper knowing: that she was here to help people remember themselves.
She began small, facilitating free WhatsApp meditation groups during the pandemic, only to find that people were eager for more. This sense of intuitive guidance, paired with consistent training and self-study, led her to formally launch The Radiant Way in June 2023. The Radiant Way is more than a business. It is a sacred container for all those who seek something inside themselves, modern working professionals, people in transition, and those navigating spiritual awakening or deep healing. It’s a place where both shadow and joy are welcome. Where grief and radiance coexist. Where the old stories are honored and the new ones are born.
