Jamie Queen

Jamie is a former Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Commercial Officer and has led multinational teams of 200+ for large scale consumer brands. He is passionate about developing others and has sponsored both graduate training programs and apprenticeships. Jamie has been coaching for a number of years and became a certified life and success coach with the Jay Shetty school in 2023 as he realized that coaching the individual in a business environment alone wasn’t enough and there was a need to consider the whole person in all aspects of their life to achieve a clients full potential. Jamie uses his coaching to support leaders of the future as well as part of his consultancy practice. Jamie has ADHD and Dyslexia and has lived experience of thriving and developing strategies to manage the impacts these have on performance; he’s also learned to harness the superpowers that neurodiversity gifts him! Jamie is dedicated to ensuring the work he does is inclusive and supports diverse learning styles, while serving the neurodiverse community. Jamie now jointly owns a specialist digital, data and marketing recruitment business in the UK and takes on coaching clients as part of a desire and passion to serve and develop others believing passionately that one must put back into the world what they have taken out.
