As a Life/Wellth Coach, my mission is to provide inspiration, guidance, and tools to assist individuals in discovering and manifesting their personal “Wellthy” way of life.
I define Wellth as, “The abundance of the intangibles in life that cultivate peace, love and joy.” I believe that each of us has a unique set of values that contribute to these three pillars and through obtaining clarity around them we derive a path to this “Wellthy” way of life.

How many sessions are in your coaching program?
I do not view coaching in a linear process. However I do adhere to the belief that it has a beginning and an end. It begins with a discovery session and ends when you have clarity on who you want to be, the habits you will need to adopt, and the adoption of identified habits. My coaching is not designed to create a codependent relationship, rather it fosters and encourages self-accountability and your long term independence.
As such, I do not offer any predetermined length coaching programs. I see every client as an individual, each with their own unique journey. I am here to be your partner, committed to your growth and the achievement of your big goals. As your coach, I will assist you in your journey as you move through phases of gaining awareness, formulating goals, and taking action. Your job is to do the work. The commitment you place on your growth, the adherence to your plan, and the consistency and quality of your actions will determine the duration of our journey together.
What does a typical session look like?
Each session will begin with a check-in around action steps and new insight since the last session. After the check-in, we will establish clarity around the goal/objective for the session. This objective serves to create boundaries in which the focus of our conversation will adhere to. We will then explore the objective in detail investigating the current reality, obstacles, challenges, etc. Next we will explore actionable steps related to the goal/objective, formulate a plan, and identify any accountability you may need to ensure your success. Last, we will review and evaluate the session in a continuous effort towards improvement of our coaching relationship and the effectiveness of our time together.
