Dr Namrata Roy Chowdhury
Life and Success Coach
Most people don’t struggle with change because they lack motivation - they struggle because something else in their life is already taking up all the energy.
If you come to me wanting a healthier lifestyle, we don’t start with strict routines or willpower. We slow down and look at what else is happening in your life - stress, sleep, emotional load, relationships, or work - because habits don’t exist in isolation. When those patterns are understood, change becomes sustainable rather than forced.
In our sessions, you’re not judged or “fixed.” You’re given space to think, reflect, and understand yourself more clearly. As a neurodivergent person myself, I value slowing down and creating a calm, non-judgmental space. I often work with high-functioning individuals and adult students who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or at a transition point, despite doing all the right things.
While I hold space with compassion, I also gently challenge you. If I sense that assumptions, habits, or gaps in understanding are holding you back, I’ll offer new perspectives and share up-to-date knowledge in health and wellbeing — so you can make informed choices, explore further if you wish, and move closer to your full potential.
My niche is personal development, lifestyle, health, and wellbeing. Alongside coaching, I work in an academic environment studying circadian rhythms, metabolism, and how the body and mind respond to stress, environment, and change. I also mentor university students and understand the pressures of study, career decisions, and early professional life.
My approach is shaped by both science and lived experience - navigating financial hardship, living across cultures, and moving through life as a daughter, wife, professional, and mother. This allows me to create an inclusive, non-judgmental space where people from different backgrounds and life stages feel understood.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: you already hold the answers - sometimes you just need the right space, and the right questions, to hear them.
