Dalia Montgomery

Hello, my name is Dalia Montgomery and I am so grateful that you have found me here! For much of my life I have felt my soul whispering to me to do this very sacred work. I am now a wife of 8 years to a sweet and loving man and a mother of 2-year-old magical identical twin sisters who inspired me to follow what feels to me like a soul calling. We live in Orange County, California and feel so happy to be here!! I am also a wonderer, a seeker of divinity in all things, lover of nature and adventure, and have a deep connection with the ocean.

       As your soul clarity and connection coach, I am here to support and empower you on your journey. To gain a deeper awareness and love for yourself and the people in your life moment to moment and see that it is possible to live the joyous and fulfilling life you desire with presence. Our journey together will start with a discovery call to meet and get to know each other and answer any questions you may have before starting our coaching sessions. Some of my specialties are mindfulness and meditation practices, spirituality, soul clarity and healing, personal growth, and development, and navigating intimate relationships.

         My first intention is to create a space of safety, support, compassion, and empathy where you feel you are able to open up and feel seen, heard and validated. I am deeply curious about you, your life and witnessing you discover the inner most true part of you. You are already a whole, resourceful, and capable human, and I believe that you are the expert on you. My job is to learn what is most important to you, ignites your soul, and brings you contentment and safety in your life. My process is to learn this and support you on your journey of discovery through using powerful questions, visualizations, being vulnerable with you, using powerful affirmations and any other technique that feels intuitive to aid in our work together. I am dedicated to helping everyone find clarity and purpose through greater awareness and understanding of their inner world.
