Cynthia Feierstein
Encore Coach/Cognitive Wellness Advocate
Supporting women over 55 who are ready to redefine aging, reframe life, and embrace their Encore years with greater intention, purpose, connection, community, and a commitment to mental health and cognitive wellness.
As an Encore Life Coach, Speech-Language Pathologist, podcast host, blogger, and founder of Beyond the Glass Slipper, I am passionate about helping women recognize that their next chapter can be one of growth, possibility, and fulfillment.
My professional journey has spanned healthcare, business leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal development. For 17 years, I have worked with patients facing cognitive, communication, and swallowing challenges, giving me a unique perspective on the importance of both mental and cognitive wellness throughout the aging process. Along the way, I have also built and led successful businesses, experiences that deepened my understanding of resilience, reinvention, and how to navigate life's transitions.
Like many women, I have experienced unexpected life changes that challenged me to rethink what was possible. Through those experiences, I discovered that growth is not limited by age. Some of our most meaningful transformations happen when we are willing to let go of outdated beliefs, embrace curiosity, and intentionally create what comes next.
As a graduate of the Jay Shetty Certification School, I combine evidence-informed coaching principles with my background in cognitive wellness, behavior change, and healthy aging. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that personal growth has no expiration date and that every woman deserves the opportunity to create a life that feels purposeful, connected, and aligned with who she is becoming.
My work is guided by three foundational pillars:
Intention & Purpose
Identifying what matters most and creating meaningful direction for the future.
Community & Connection
Building supportive relationships and cultivating a sense of belonging.
Mental Health & Cognitive Wellness
Understanding the vital role emotional well-being, lifelong learning, and brain health play in living well.
Through coaching, speaking, my podcast, and the Encore Legacy Experience, I support women as they move from reflection to action, empowering them to embrace their strengths, explore new possibilities, and design an intentional life they are excited to live.
Because the best chapter may still be ahead.
