Hi there! I'm Courtney, and I am the owner, founder and Christian Faith Identity and Purpose Coach at Free to Be You Coaching LLC. Free to Be You Coaching is a life and faith coaching company serving women feeling burnt out who are seeking joy and purpose in life.

I help women go from feeling burnt out, hopeless and unsure of their purpose in life to realizing joy, purpose, and hope comes from living in their identity as a daughter of God and from their relationship with God. Through my coaching services, by including Biblical principles and focusing on their God given identity, women regain their lives back, experience hope and joy, feel excited about their purpose in life and feel aligned in the peace that God provides them everyday. By receiving more hope in life and operating from their identity as a daughter of God, women can get through any challenge knowing God is walking through it with them.

My coaching approach includes the following:

• A personalized one-to-one (1:1) coaching experience, based on the goals and results you want to experience in your life.
• Equal partnership: You show up to sessions and invest in yourself (goals and results), I will guide you to get to those goals and results.
• I will ask you questions based on what you share with me.
• My questions and shared Biblical scriptures will give you the opportunity to find solutions for yourself to help you get closer to your desired results and closer to a/ your relationship with God.
• A safe and confidential space for you to be who you are (and this includes who you are in this season of your life).
• Challenging and inviting new positive perspectives in your life to help you pursue a/ your relationship with God and to lean into your identity as a daughter of God
  

I am so honored and humbled to invite the Holy Spirit and God’s love to work through me to reach you my sister, who’s reading this. He’s reaching out to you and wanting to hold you and walk this wild life with you, hand-in-hand. You don’t have to be afraid. He’s got you and won’t ever let go. Will you reach back out?
