Greetings, my name is Christina and I am a Reset & Resiliency Coach. I guide you through your roadblocks with 'Resilience Coaching' through discovery of purpose, alignment, emotional alchemy and action. I'm passionate about helping you transform roadblocks into stepping stones toward your best and highest path.

I learned a long time ago that whenever we think we've gotten the hang of Life, the Universe throws us a curve ball to keep us on our toes. We are a constant work in progress. We are ever-evolving and sometimes we get stuck in a loop in our heads and need someone to pull us out and help us to 'reset' our perspective or re-examine the goals we have been chasing.
