Coaching Philosophy
I guide, not prescribe. My approach is built on a fundamental belief: you are the subject matter expert of your own life, while I'm the subject matter expert of coaching. I don't provide answers or tell you what to do. Instead, I create safe, judgment-free spaces where you can explore your emotions, uncover your own solutions, and discover what truly matters to you. Transformation happens when you find your own answers-because that's when change becomes real and lasting.
Who I Serve: Coaching-Ready Clients
I work with self-aware professionals, athletes, and entrepreneurs (ages 25-45) who have already done the inner work to understand themselves-whether through therapy, self-reflection, or personal development-and now need strategic support to translate that awareness into concrete action.
You're coaching-ready if you:
- Have explored (through therapy or self-work) how you ended up in your current situation and understand the patterns that brought you here
- Possess emotional awareness and can identify your triggers, feelings, and internal states
- Know change is possible but feel stuck on the "how" or the "what's next"
- Are ready to move from insight to implementation
- Want accountability and strategic guidance, not someone to tell you what to do
You're experiencing:
- Mental barriers limiting your business, performance, or personal fulfillment despite understanding where they come from
- The gap between knowing what you need to do and consistently doing it
- Decision paralysis around which opportunity or path to pursue next
- Confidence issues in execution, even when you intellectually understand your value
- The need for an outside perspective to help you see your blind spots and design your next move
Key indicator you're ready: You've done the self-work to understand why you're where you are. You don't need help uncovering the problem-you need a strategic partner to help you design and execute the solution. You're clear that change is possible and you're ready to commit to making it happen.
Who This Is NOT For
This coaching is not the right fit if you:
- Are seeking therapy for unresolved trauma or mental health treatment
- Haven't yet explored the roots of your current patterns or challenges
- Are looking for someone to give you all the answers or do the work for you
- Want to focus primarily on understanding the past rather than building the future
- Aren't ready to take consistent action between sessions
If this describes you, that's completely okay-it just means you may benefit more from working with a therapist, counselor, or other professional before we work together.
My Methodology: The ABC Framework
Certified through the Jay Shetty Coaching Certification program, I use the evidence-based ABC Framework to guide clients from where they are to where they want to be:
A - Awareness, Audit, Accountability
- Awareness: Self-awareness is the foundation—noticing emotions, triggers, goals, and motivations through powerful questioning
- Audit: Understanding your values, priorities, and patterns before attempting change
- Accountability: Empowerment through responsibility and commitment to action
B - Big Goals, Building Habits, Balanced Reflection
- Big Goals: Setting concrete, measurable (SMART), deeply meaningful goals that drive sustained motivation—one big goal at a time
- Building Habits: Creating lasting change through incremental shifts using "Notice-Shift-Rewire" and "Add-Delete-Edit" strategies
- Balanced Reflection: Regular (quarterly) processing of progress, focusing on growth over speed
C - Consistent Action, Challenging Comfort, Competence Mastery
- Consistent Action: Maintaining momentum through persistent action and supportive accountability
- Challenging Comfort: Pushing beyond comfort zones to achieve growth, addressing fears in a supportive way
- Competence Mastery: Developing skills and mindset for continuous self-leadership in future changes
Supporting Tools & Techniques
- Wheel of Life Assessment: Identifying challenges across five interconnected life areas (Spirituality, Family, Work/Money, Health, Personal/Social)
- Energy vs. Time Management: Focusing on quality energy investment over quantity of time
- Values Alignment: Living on purpose through the "5 P's," starting with Perspective
- Affirmations & Mindset Recoding: Cognitive-behavioral techniques to overcome negative default patterns
- Powerful Questioning: Eight specialized question types to facilitate discovery, insight, and commitment
What We Focus On Together
Our work centers on three interconnected elements:
- Self-Development: Building awareness of the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that shape your choices
- Present-Moment Awareness: Cultivating consciousness so you notice what's actually happening, not just react
- Concrete Action: Translating insights into specific steps that create real momentum for change

- Between-Session Support: Ongoing accountability through check-ins as needed
When to Seek Other Professionals
As a coach, I'm trained to recognize when a client's needs fall outside the scope of coaching. I may refer you to:
Therapist/Psychotherapist - For unresolved trauma, mental health conditions (depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD), or clinical treatment needs. Key difference: Therapy is past-focused and clinical; coaching is future-focused and developmental.
Counselor - For specific life transitions (divorce, grief, addiction recovery), relationship challenges, or crisis support. Key difference: Counseling addresses current problems and coping; coaching focuses on growth and goals.
Mentor - For industry-specific guidance, career advancement advice, or learning from someone who has walked your path. Key difference: Mentors give advice from their experience; coaches help you discover what works for you.
Nutritionist/Dietitian - For meal planning, dietary restrictions, managing health conditions through nutrition. Key difference: Nutritionists provide expert nutritional guidance; coaches address mindset and behavioral patterns around health.
Physical Professionals - For injury recovery, sport-specific training, pain management, or exercise programming. Key difference: Physical professionals address body mechanics; coaches address mental barriers to consistent practice.
Note: Many clients benefit from working with multiple professionals simultaneously-for example, therapy for past trauma while coaching for future goals. I'm always happy to collaborate with your other care providers.

My ultimate goal is to create a world where we advance together-where your self-discovery and authentic expression naturally elevate everyone around you. When people support each other's genuine development, we build a more connected and authentic society.

Why This Approach Matters
In a world focused on external achievements, many people lose touch with their inner wisdom and authentic desires. I don't add more noise or prescribe one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I create space for you to hear yourself clearly, perhaps for the first time.
My role is not to help you discover why you're stuck, but to help you design how to move forward. This approach honors you as the expert of your life while I bring the expertise of coaching-a partnership that empowers lasting transformation.
Ready to translate awareness into action? Let's design the solution together.
