We are always working on ourselves in some capacity. We go to the gym.
We try to eat right. We try to get enough sleep, but we still feel a little off.
Something is missing. Do we need to up our game? Is it external? Is it the attitude?
Is it being confident or unconfident? Is it that I'm just tired and it will pass? Is it that I am overwhelmed and I don't feel I can tell anyone because they/I may think "It's no biggie; just suck it up and keep going"?
