Lindsey Curry

My name is Lindsey Curry. I am a Life-Balance & Wellness Coach for Women. In today’s fast-paced world so many of us often feel as if we are treading water with no life raft in sight. As your coach, I help you design your own life raft to create a healthy, sustainable balance between your have-to’s and the want-to’s, getting rid of overwhelm & becoming more present. In order to do this, we often dive into topics such as stress management, healthy habit building, self-worth, confidence, and time management.

You will quickly discover that my coaching style feels much like talking to that one friend you can always count on to tell you the real truth. The one friend that makes you laugh but snaps you back into getting stuff done. We both know, time is precious, and I’m here to make sure we use ours wisely. Because, I am extremely results-driven coach, I want to see you reach your goals & live the dream life you deserve just as much as you do.

My mission is to support women all over the world add themselves to their priority list and keep it that way. Women, of all roles, are an incredibly, impactful part of this world and often, are one of the most self-sacrificing. Therefore, I am extremely passionate about coaching you to long-lasting, balanced lifestyles full of self-love and immense happiness. For you, by you. I can’t physically do it for you. But I am going to support you, give you beneficial tools, guidance to creating a realistic plan of action, support during the disappointments, and high fives during the wins. Most importantly, I will always be a reliable, listening ear.

I’m a firm believer in consistency over perfection. Bite size, baby steps are my strength. I’m not afraid to give you the forward momentum love tap you need if you start sliding, but I always leave plenty of space for empathy and understanding.
